Installing the LED Module

The LED module is position to the top of the chamber using four plastic screws. The screws are equally space around the circumference of the growth chamber and are pushed through small holes on the wall. The LED module rests upon the four screws (see figure 9 and figure 10). My LED module was too small to be mounted like this directly. So I mounted the LED module on a round top to an inexpensive Tupperware ™ container and mounted that to the top of the grow chamber.

The wires from the LED module fed into a 3/16" phono-plug that is mounted at the top of the grow chamber. Power is applied from the circuit to a 3/16" jack that plugs into the phono-plug.
